In addition they regularly handle cases involving retaliation, disability accommodation, state and federal leaves of absence compliance (such as FMLA, CFRA, PDL), arbitration and layoff/severance negotiations.

Tamara and Shirin are active members of the California Employment Lawyers Association (CELA) – a statewide organization of attorneys dedicated to protecting and expanding the legal rights of California’s workers through litigation, education and advocacy.

Founded by Tamara Freeze in early 2009, the Orange County Employment Attorney Blog has been a conduit in which its authors can shed light on employment-related news and topics.

As employment attorneys in Orange County, Tamara and Shirin have gained a large amount of experience representing employees in complex lawsuits against all types of large and small companies. The two, along with our highly trained law clerks and legal staff, are regular authors and contributors to the Orange County Employment Attorney Blog with the goal to keep their readers better-informed and up-do-date on noteworthy cases and legislation affecting their rights as California employees.
